There is a fissure along the torso that has been filled over time and it is separated slightly again most noticeable along the right (or rear) side. The artist has made this out of separate pieces with the torso being the largest piece.

    Hand Carved Antique wood horse.
    If you know the origin of this costume, please share.  It is unusual in the pointed tail so I am guessing arabian or carousel.....any help would be appreciated.
    Ears and rear hoof have been chipped off and repaired.
    There is a fissure along the torso that has been filled over time and it is separated slightly again most noticeable along the right (or rear) side.
    The artist has made this out of separate pieces with the torso being the largest piece.
