Condition: These are 2 handmade figures, an old man and a Santa Claus. A friend of my father made these back in 2000. That's what the Santa is marked on the back of the base by the maker. Not sure when the man was made but sometime around then. The head of the man is removable. The man stands about 11" high and the Santa Claus stands about 7 3/4 high.
